A new tablet should be ready to use the moment you pick it up. We handle the complete setup so you can skip the complicated account prompts and get straight to using your device.
We configure Apple iPads, Android tablets (Samsung Galaxy Tab, Lenovo, Amazon Fire), Microsoft Surface devices, and more. Setup includes Apple ID or Google account creation, email and calendar sync, app installation, cloud storage setup, and Wi-Fi connection. If you are upgrading from an old tablet, we transfer your photos, contacts, notes, and data from the previous device.
For family households, we offer parental control setup and screen time configuration. For senior users, we adjust display settings, text size, accessibility features, and touch sensitivity to make the tablet easier to use every day. Tablet repair is also available if your device needs service.
